All about the 3 Days M’hamid – Chegaga.

Please note: if a long Camel trek and overnight stay in the camp is not for you you can still enjoy the sunnset in M’Hamid and Chegaga with a schorter camel trek or a walk and pass the night in the Bivac at the dune line. If the itineraries that we offer does not match what you are looking for ,contact us and we will prepare the trip to your needs and requirements.

  1. Day 1 Gathering in the village of M'Hamid

    Upon arrival in the afternoon, under your own steam, in M’Hamid, leave your car safely behind in the village. You start by camel through the last palm of the Draa Valley and the first stretches of sand dunes M`Hamid. You will experience a camel trip to the Little Prince camp where you will be met by the host. After the possible conditions you walk into the zanduiden where you can watch the sunset over the dunes.

  2. Day 2 M'Hamid -Chegaga

    After breakfast, we go on the camel back to the village M’hamid. Arriving in the village M’hamid we visit the old Ksar M’hamid (the centuries-old town of M`Hamid) We drink a nice cup of tea with the locals. After tea leave with the 4×4 on the dirt road and the small zanduinen towards the big sand dunes of Chegaga,
    On the way to the sand dunes of Chegaga we take a short break to picnic under palm ouase.Bij arrival at the bivouac, you can relax walking around the camp and can again enjoy the sunset on the large dunes of Morocco.

  3. Day 3 Chegaga - M`Hamid

    After breakfast depart with 4×4 through the southern dunes and dirt road to M`Hamid. Once we arrive M’Hamid is the finished program.
